I am a Psychology Associate registered with the California Board of Psychology (BOP), a Dance and Movement Therapist, Certified Executive Coach, Intuitive Guide, and Reiki Practitioner with an extensive educational background in the field of psychology and mind/body wellness. My series of therapeutic modalities which encompass my brand, Creative Wellness, operates primarily in the Silicon Valley with sessions and class offerings such as cultural folk dance, creative dance for wellness, meditation, writing instruction, executive coaching, Reiki, hypnotherapy, physiotherapy, and intuitive guidance sessions.
My practice is all-encompassing in nature and focuses on mind/body health and energy healing as cohesive in obtaining optimal wellness. Creative Wellness is centered around the concept of working with your own phenomenological experiences to compliment an elevated mindset and frequency. With a clear mindset and intentional energy, you are able to achieve your objectives with purpose.
I am a published author, teacher, and practitioner. I have counseled individuals, children, and families in sessions and at local community health organizations and schools. My sessions are centered upon you, the client, as we work together as a team to bring about your desired result. I am here to support you as you navigate changes and to assist you in crafting new and effective methods to face life's challenges.
Wellness Classes & Workshops
Bellydance
Bellydance is excellent for increasing blood flow throughout the body. By facilitating movement of the muscles of the core, back, arms, and legs, bellydance is an essential way to improve and tone the figure while having fun. The class will conclude with relaxation inducing stretches and holistic empowerment practice.
Tuesdays from 6pm to 7pm

Meditation for Wellness
Relax the body, release tension, and re-center in the peaceful setting of your own home. We will perform gentle, meditative breathing and exercises for balance, flexibility, grounding, and energy flow based on various practices for health. No experience necessary. First timers are welcome and encouraged.
